A My RANCHLINE user may edit/remove any of their own information simply by logging into their My RANCHLINE account.

If your personally identifiable information changes or you no longer desire our service, please let us know. You may update this information within your My RANCHLINE account, or you can contact RANCHLINE by email or by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below. An advertiser may opt to not be included in the advertiser directory and can remove their contact information by changing their directory preference from 'Yes' to 'No' within their My RANCHLINE account.

Communications From RANCHLINE
We communicate with visitors on a regular basis, responding to the general inquiries and requests submitted through the Web site. Emails sent in response to an inquiry or to confirm receipt of payment are service communications and generally cannot be opted out of to receive. We also communicate through RANCHLINE News, the RANCHLINE email distribution list that visitors have the option to subscribe to. Visitors have the option of subscribing to RANCHLINE News, RANCHLINE’s distribution list that keeps visitors notified of land news, articles and new listings. Visitors can subscribe to this distribution list by simply submitting their email address to RANCHLINE.

Tell a Friend
Visitors may email listing information to friends, family and others by using the ‘Email Friend’ form. Once this form is completed, an email is automatically generated and sent by the RANCHLINE email system. This form will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will then send your friend a one-time email with your personal message.

When contacting RANCHLINE, subscribing to RANCHLINE News or using any of the above forms, the visitor may be required to submit personally identifiable information such as first and last name, address, phone number, email address, etc. This personally identifiable information will only be used for the communication the user intends; it will not be sold or leased to a third party. My RANCHLINE account information is password-protected so that only the user or RANCHLINE staff has access to the account information. RANCHLINE also urges users to completely close their browser window when they have finished visiting the RANCHLINE web site.
