Located in northeast Logan County, CO and southeast Cheyenne County, NE, the Kohlschmidt property includes 1,077.6+/- acres dryland, 1,109.7+/- acres pasture, and 55.8+/- acres waste/rds. The Buyer(s) will have the option to reimburse tenant for spraying and receive immediate possession of fallow to plant wheat this fall.
