Location

Summer Creek Ranch is located sixteen miles west of Prescott in the quaint community of Skull Valley. Two airports provide easy access to the ranch: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is two hours away and Prescott Municipal Airport (Ernest A. Love Field) is thirty minutes from the ranch offering convenient daily commuter flights to Los Angeles, Ontario, California and Denver, Colorado.

Prescott

A highly desirable and historically rich community located in the mountains of north central Arizona at an elevation of 5,400 feet and only 89 miles northwest of Phoenix, Prescott is dubbed "Everyone’s Hometown" and is the Yavapai County Seat. Prescott and the nearby towns of Chino Valley and Prescott Valley form what is known locally as the Tri-Cities - providing the best in medical facilities and services, shopping, dining, schools, universities, golf courses and resorts. The Courthouse Plaza, located in the center of downtown Prescott, is the quintessential mid-western downtown square framed by towering elm trees and is the focal point for a myriad of annual activities including craft fairs, antique/art shows, parades, and more.

The tranquil environment appeals to many individuals desiring convenience to Prescott and Phoenix yet valuing the peace and privacy offered by the vast amount of open space surrounding Skull Valley.

The property is situated in a natural draw totally private with the A Bar V Ranch of 400 acres surrounding it on three sides. The back door is all state land which borders the Prescott National Forest. The A Bar V Ranch is in a conservation easement and provides a natural rolling to hilly barrier around the Summer Creek Ranch which has grass fenced meadows irrigated with rotating gun sprinklers. Special horse fencing allows for ideal turnouts.
